Speaking Through The Throat Chakra Is To Speak And Hear The Truth
To communicate clearly, to fulfil creativity.
Self-expression is powerful, every choice you make is an act of power, it is telling people who you are, what you believe and how you see the world.
Throat Chakra Blue.
Throat Chakra.
Speaking your truth is by no means easy, there’s always someone’s feelings to consider, but do we always have to consider other people feelings first? Should we perhaps be more concerned about our own feelings and putting more thought into what’s being said within ourselves.
I have been learning about healing topics for as long as I can remember and I have to say this, my life experience tells me more than any book, my observations teach me more than what I’m told, and my intuition gives me insight when I listen.
The throat chakra is straight forward it’s about communication and listening, but it is the ONE Chakra that represents all the rest. The greatest learning that the Throat Chakra has for you is communication to self. I never see anyone else touch deeply on this topic, so I have decided to teach you what I have learnt in regards to this matter.
To Speak, To Listen.
Your ability to speak and listen are the fundamentals upon which you function in the world. You know that what you say affects others, but have you learnt that what you say or don’t say to yourself can have an even bigger consequence.
When you are a child you learn words, you identify what those words mean and you start to put them into a sentence. You do this so that you are understood, you do this so you can obtain what you need to survive, as adults we do this everyday without to much thought, or do we?
People grow older and learn respectable ways to communicate, learning that others have feelings and that what we say has an impact on those we speak to.
The Throat Chakra is visualised as the colour Blue. Remember the different rotation spins. Female Throat Chakra rotates Anti Clockwise, Male throat Chakra rotates Clockwise.
Expressing oneself can come in many forms, communicating what one wants and what one feels is essentially what makes us human. Creativity is the key to communication. Creativity is communication, music, dance and art are all expressions of communication and they are all linked to the Throat Chakra. What you speak is what you become, what you speak, becomes your truth inwards.
We learn there are consequences, this is the big one folks consequences!
What I would like to talk about is Consequences to oneself
Consequences.
When Speaking through the Throat Chakra you become aware that it is your Will Centre, we get what we ask for. Expressing and receiving invokes our creativity, it is essentially our Creative Identity.
Listening is an essential part of communication, you need to be (silent) to communicate well.
We spoke of consequences, we all know we can upset people with our words, but what if we are not speaking the truth to ourselves? How does that have an effect on us? Our health?
The reason I am discussing this point is because of my own experience.
Not expressing oneself to oneself proved to me without a doubt the consequences it can have on your health.
Your Will Centre has the ability to control others, conscious self control in this matter needs discipline, the last thing you have the right to do is stop another person from living their life freely, but what I learned was, you must communicate freely also.
The Will Centre represents knowledge from all the Chakras, your Will Centre is a co-op of all the seven Chakras, it is the representative of the whole, it is identifying who you are as an individual. When you speak, this is what people hear. All of life’s experiences are a collection of moveable energy, this energy (Orgone) is constantly flowing through your energy field called the Aura, this is essentially who you are. You must listen to what the co-op is communicating to you.

True Event:
My husband took a position on the other side of the world, when a position was offered to him in his line of work.
I did not like the idea of being separated from my husband, but at the same time we had a daughter in her last year of college and she needed me here.
I decided I would stay home, while my husband left to take this position overseas.
The position was said to be for 4 months so that's not to long, but it turned into 7 years.
After our daughter had finished college and had found work she was in a position where she was able to continue on without me. I decided that it was time to go to Canada to be with my husband.
I felt torn between the love for my husband and the love for my daughter, and also the love I had for my ageing mum. I did not want to be separated from anyone, but choices had to be made.
I lived in Canada for 51/2 years returning every year to visit family in New Zealand.

Quilt and Sorrow.
My time in Canada was wonderful, I experienced a new culture, learnt many knew things and met some wonderful people. I also carried with me a bag of GUILT and SORROW.
My daughter struggled on her own, my mother was ageing quickly and I found myself having to constantly justify my decisions.
I love my husband and my marriage means the world to me, but I scarified much of who I was as an individual and I knew I was denying what my sub consciousness was telling me. I was not listening to myself. I felt unable to be in control of my life because I could not have all the people that I loved in one place. Because of this, I did not communicate my Guilt or Sorrow to myself honestly, I simply carried it around on my back.
This is what happened to my health over that period of time.
After Two years my Thyroid had totally shut down.
The Throat Chakra is connected to your throat, thyroid and parathyroid glands, the neck, vocal cords and organs, mouth, teeth and gums, jaw, ears, shoulders, even your arms and hands as they are connected to your shoulders.
I had four root canals preformed one after the other and had so many dental problems.

After Three years my shoulder were in excruciating pain.
I was unable to do many tasks as the pain in my shoulders and neck were restricting me from raising my arms. On returning to NZ I discovered that I had torn the ligaments off my shoulder bone, I then had to have both shoulders reconstructed. Fourteen months of rehabilitation was required to gain the use of my shoulders again.
What I had done was carry those feelings of GUILT and SORROW on my shoulders, with devastating results.
I never spoke my truth.
Speak and Listen.
Two major shoulder reconstructions.
Major dental work.
Thyroid shut down completely.
Do you know why?
I was unable to communicate my emotions freely as I felt backed into a corner, not being able to have all my family around me. No body was to blame for the circumstances, but I could not come to terms with my feelings.
The weight of guilt and sadness that I carried upon my shoulders tore the tendons right off my bone.
The saying “You have the weight of the world on your shoulders” suddenly meant something tangible to me.
My medical conditions though physical, all started with the thought processes I had created by not Speaking my Truth.
You are truly free when you can speak your truth. Telling the truth and being honest with yourself will keep the Throat Chakra open and rotating well.
Listening to your thoughts is an essential part of communication, you need to be silent to communicate well.
Speaking Your Truth.
My point that I am making is:
The Will Centre (Throat Chakra) represents knowledge from all the Chakras, your Will Centre is a co-op of all the seven Chakras, it is the representative of the whole, it is identifying who you are as an individual.
I had not listened to what my inner being was telling me, it wasn't about changing the circumstances, it was about how I was dealing with all the emotions attached to the circumstances.
To remind me of this I had a Mandela Tattooed over my surgery scare. It is my Vessel of Essence to remind me to always speak my truth.
My Truth.
I hope you gained an understand of how important it is, to not only speak the truth to others but also to listen to the truth that is being spoken deep within your self.
