Ho’oponopono I love you, I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you – Positive Reinforcement
I love you,
I’m sorry,
forgive me,
Thank you.
Say this to yourself everyday as often as possible.
Ho’oponopono
So simple, yet so incredibly powerful.
Appreciation.
The power of appreciation and kindness and who do we give the least to, ourselves.
If we believe we are made of energy – which we are, and based on all we know and read about Quantum Mechanics, we are all creators of our own existence.
If this is the case, then there is one undeniable truth we can see: Everything is your creation. With this being truth, the one person who needs your appreciation and kindness the most is in fact you.
If you work on forgiving yourself, being kind to yourself and appreciate all that you are, your energy will create a flow on effect like a stone thrown into the water and your appreciation and kindness will continue to move along the path you travel having an effect on everyone you encounter. You are in fact by being kind to yourself being kind to everyone else you meet along your journey.
Interview with Dr Hew Len
Dr Hew Len worked at the Hawaii State hospital in the high security ward for the criminally insane from 1983 to 1987, where he cured an entire ward of criminally mentally ill patients using the simple ancient Hawaiian healing method of Ho’oponopono.
This is a really interesting video, I cannot put it on my website so please look this up yourself.

Morrnah Simeona.
When I first read this interview with Dr Hew Len, I was so taken back by this new technique I had to try it myself. I discovered it’s a beautiful way of living, the world has this harmony about it and it just feels great.
In the 1980s, Morrnah Simeona developed what she called an updated and streamlined version of ho’oponopono that is practiced by the individual alone and called Self I-Dentity Ho’oponopono.
This is a healing process based on the principles of total responsibility, taking responsibility for everyone’s actions.
Total Responsibility advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being. The problem isn’t with our external reality, it is with ourselves, and to change our reality we would have to change ourselves.
What this means is, in order to be truly happy we must first love ourselves, acknowledge ourselves, forgive ourselves, and last but not least thank ourselves. In doing this we are showing ourselves and everyone else appreciation and kindness.

Peace.
Everything that you see, hear, feel, smell, touch, think, remember, or emotionally react to – these are all things that YOU have created. And yes, that includes the good, as well as the bad. Each of these things exists because on some level you want them to exist, which takes us back to Ho‘oponopono. We become our thoughts, so if you have thoughts for example “quilt” everyone wants a piece of you. There’s not enough of you to go around but that’s ok because you know you can’t please everyone but by forgiving yourself you have in fact been forgiven by everyone else.
Just remember this simple reminder, I love you, I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you. Say this to yourself and I’m telling you it works, you will feel the pressure of the day being lifted. You will soon see that everyone else is perfect in their own way because judgement becomes a thought of the past. This is truly a fantastic way to live and I am truly thankful that I am able to share it with all of you.
