Healing is such an easy word to use, but Healing can be very difficult and a long term goal.
Most of us have years of trauma tucked away, we hope that it stays out of our way, some of us don't even realise that it is there and we live our entire life in denial of any issues at all. The fact is trauma doesn't stay out of your way, it can stay hidden yes, but slowly it manipulates your thinking and well being. Sooner or later you find yourself having to deal with it one way or another so being up front and honest with yourself certainly helps a great deal in the long run.
Trauma accumulates, it compounds if nothing is done about it, and your body can be affected on all levels, "It can become overloaded". I know most of us have had that feeling when you suddenly think your life is slipping into a zone where you feel completely out of control, all of us have felt this if only for a moment. This is a place where pain and unhappiness become all to familiar, sometimes bouncing out the other side can be really hard work and the journey can seem endless so making sure you stay on top of your thinking is really important.
Emotional turmoil, it's something we can all do without, so I am a big advocate on being honest with thy self.

The Last Day by Helga Hertz
Pain is a difficult beast to master, pain affects the way you move in life.
You may be limited in doing the things you enjoy, which in turn creates a mental issue that accumulates and impacts even deeper turning into an emotional issue, you can already see the pattern starting to grow, before you know it you have some serious beast to tame.
If you have a physical ailment, this can leave you in a situation where conventional medicines are doing nothing to relief your pain, the key to successfully overcoming the problem is certainly how you view pain as a whole.
Alternative therapies can certainly help you in coming to terms with living with pain.
To help create change it's important to understand that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all interconnected but there is one crucial extra aspect that often gets overlooked and that is “habits”. Habits are created by our behaviour which is then reinforced by our feelings, these feelings are often mistaken for facts.

The programs (learnt learning) we have running will determine how well we are able to sustain the energy flow. It's important to be able to distinguish what is actually happening in our bodies. Just like computer software, programming.
Software is installed in us when we are young by parents, teachers, society, friends etc... If the software is not running in harmony with the natural energy flow, it's like having a virus. The computer (your body) will run for so long until the virus corrupts and contaminates everything. (we sabotage ourselves all the time)
The inability to deal with our issues compounds until we can't process clearly anymore. The smallest matters seems huge and everyday activities seem difficult. We all get into habits that are not good for us, essentially we need to examine ourselves honestly, examine our own thinking, our own beliefs and expectations, don't be afraid to pick yourself apart, it's like when you knit and drop a stitch, you have to go back and find it to put it back in it's place or the whole jersey will become unraveled.
If we have a physical condition then we must learn to accept and find a way to manage our pain so that the impact on our lives is as minimal as possible. We develop some of these skills needed along the way on our journey, helping us to keep growing and expanding our knowledge about ourselves, if we have not, then we need to stop and reprogram.
We need to constantly stay fluid in our beliefs and our thinking, we need to let pain flow through us. we need to be the change.

YOUR LIFE DEPENDs ON YOU.
We need to unclutter the computer and empty the trash so to speak. I am talking about your brain, not your Apple or PC.
We think we know our lives so well, what makes us tick, but the truth is, we don't know ourselves as well as we think.!
Cognitive research has revealed that outside of our conscious awareness, individuals automatically register and acquire more information than what we can experience through our conscious thought. Our mind is always absorbing information and in doing this, we are being exposed to many harmful things,
Whether we like it or not this information is all being processed (by our sub conscious mind or super conscious mind if you like that term better) what this means is, we are down loading data every single moment of the day. Can we truly know ourselves completely, when we are processing all this unknown data and have no idea the effect it is having on us.

The fact is 90% of the information you absorb, you are unaware of. This "other" information is having a very big influence on all the level planes you exist in. This information is having an effect on how you function as a human being. Not all information we take in is good for us.
IMPORTANT:
Take time out for YOU. IF BEING BUSY IS WHAT YOU ENJOY THAN BE BUSY.
Do what makes you feel peaceful and in harmony with yourself. This is not being selfish, this is a necessity for your survival. Doing this will help you to process pain and allow the flow of energy to create a equilibrium. Doing what you enjoy always allows energy to become spontaneous and go where it is needed. I mention this is many of my posts and I truly believe this is the answer to staying healthy and happy.
It's important to become aware of the pain in your body and allowing it to flow through you.
Learn to do this by using meditative methods.

- We have cell phone towers, power lines, smart meters, microwaves, electronics, oh and yes not to mention the cell phones themselves, all electrical devices. All these function with hazardous output, and we are absorbing that output all the time. This hazardous activity is having an affect on our bodies in the physical sense, so what is it doing to us on a spiritual, emotional, and mental level?
- Technologies are dabbling in so many frequencies it's crazy out there.
- We have negative influences around us everyday in our daily lives, people affect us by the things they say and do, it may be work colleagues, housemates, family members, or friends. Everyday we are faced with human challenges about how we see ourselves in the world the reason for this is how others treat us.

It's important to become aware of the pain in your body and allowing it to flow through you.
Learn to do this by using meditative methods.
- Visualise the pain, visualise it flowing, moving through your body and not letting it be stagnant. Allow it to flow through the body and out. Focus on the shape, colour, even the smell of the pain, sometimes you can taste pain, use all your senses. Become totally aware of it's existence and allow it to be just what it is.
- Using your knowledge of Chakras bring the pain through the Chakras and out of the body either through your feet or the top of the head. When it leaves the body visualise it vaporising into nothing. Sometimes it is easier to do this if you give the pain a colour, that way it is easier to see with the minds eye the flow of the pain.
- The most important thing to do is not allow the pain to become stagnant. Keep it moving, that way it is flowing and can be released from the body.
- Breath with the pain, take big, deep breathes down to your stomach with the pain and release on the out breath, release the pain and all the emotions attached to that pain.
- By doing this regularly, you will learn to deal with your pain, what ever the pain you are experiencing you can get through it using this method.
- You are not the pain and the pain is not you. Pain is simply a state of stagnant energy, it's like a thought or an action so it can be removed by intention.

Take time to be still, silence is such a precious instrument, embrace stillness and you will hear exactly what it is you need to hear.
YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT HOW WELL YOU CAN HANDLE PAIN, IF YOU STOP HATING ON IT AND START EMBRACING IT.
I am not saying you have to like or love your pain, but you do need to accept the pain and realise it is a part of what you are going through so that makes it apart of you on all levels. physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, once you embrace pain and stop fighting it, you can begin to move it.
Needless to say if you are concerned, if you have physical illness or injury you need to get this checked by a physician, if you have mental or emotional pain than have this seen by a professional, but make sure you feel comfortable with them when speaking. If you have spiritual pain, than speak to some one you trust who has knowledge on the topic. Pain is not something you have to suffer alone. People are there to help you if you seek them out, but always remember healing starts with YOU!
Practice the methods I gave you and you WILL find your pain will certainly be easier to live with. You can learn to manage your pain.

That intuitive voice inside you is trying hard all day to be heard, take the time to listen.
Healing ourselves is about honesty, strip back all the things you think you are, leaving yourself with nothing at all, and there, you will find the real you, now have a conversation with you and hear what "YOU" have to say!
