Have You Ever Noticed That When You Are In A Negative Frame Of Mind – You Can Actually Justify It
Have you ever noticed that when you are in a negative frame of mind, you can actually justify it, in fact you can more than justify it,
you are totally in it,
you feel connected to it,
it’s apart of something you know so well,
you are not going to let it go for anyone,
not even yourself.
What I mean when I say this, is when you are in a bad space and your head is in turmoil with all this negative crap that won’t leave you alone, somehow, there is a part of you that is absorbed in it because your mind is justifying the emotion because of the cause of the pain.
I have experienced this myself, I have caught myself out trying to justify it, even when I know I am trying to justify it. You hate this feeling, but somehow you can justify it, the fact is, feeling like this feels good because it allows you to vent some of that pent up anger that is connected to the emotions connected to the cause of the pain.
But are we venting to the people who really deserve it?
most of the time no we are not, we are venting to a person who has triggered a reaction to the cause of the pain.

What you need to determine is this justification, do you feel it coming from a place that is deeper than the ego? Is this justification coming from the core of your being?
If so do something about it.

When you are in this place of darkness,
this bottomless pit I call it,
it’s the most horrible,
darkest,
coldest place you could ever imagine.
It’s a place that is frightening,
isolated,
lonely,
most of all it is distant from the reality of pretending everything is fine.
It is the hardest place to come back from, yet people do it all the time, after every meltdown,
after every crisis,
after every shower of shit,
somehow we come back,
we find ourselves,
we rise above all odds,
we survive.
My point to this post is:
We all have patterns, we all have cycles. We need to identify these patterns and cycles within ourselves so that we can identify the cause.
Once we can identify these patterns, we can become aware of our thinking and how we got there. We can see where we are headed, and we can try to change course.
We can at that moment decide that we are not taking the road of self destruction but rather the road to self liberation and avoid the meltdown all together.
No one makes us feel the way we do,
we let people manipulate our feelings, (we do this by how they make us feel about ourselves) we let others into our peaceful bless and we allow them to crap in it.
Why do we do this?
Why do we allow others to have so much power over us?
Because we are humans and it’s not always easy, essentially no body gave us a readers manual.
If you can relate to this article, these destructive emotions need looking at and a serious decision needs to be made.
Are we constantly going to be going round in circles with these emotional cycles or are we going to get to the cause of them and do something about it, what ever that may need to be.
Possibly hand them back to the person or people that manipulated your thinking in the first place.
A difficult task
Even when you are a qualified Educator, a Councillor, a Minister, a Doctor it doesn’t matter what colour, religion, what nationality you are, we are all victim to feeling the need to justifly our emotions.. You can be rich or poor, healthy or ill, it does not matter, our being will always try to be heard.
Why?
Because we are “human” that’s why.
Because no matter how tough we think we are,
we are not always able to hold it together, and we don't like that.
We are not always able to pretend for long periods of time,
we are not always able to push things under the carpet like we sometimes do,
sometimes we have just had enough, and we just have to let it out.
Sometimes we just feel Ripped off,
and you know what? that’s OK.
We are “human”, We have feelings. Sometimes those feelings need to be heard, but the important thing is
we get up,
we come back,
we find ourselves,
we rise above all odds,
we survive.
WHY?
Because we are brilliant
We are powerful
We are fantastic
We are divine
We are human and it’s not always easy,
but guess what?
We are Survivors.
