Are You A Free Thinker, What Does This Really Mean?
Do you actually ponder a topic or do you go with the Status_quo in regards to opinion.
Are you are free thinker?
Do you determine topics and make up your own mind or are you swayed by others opinions?
Do you ponder why things are the way they are?
Do you ever ask yourself, where is the truth in all this?
Do you ever ask why don’t you fit into a slot, like most people?
Is it because you are a free thinker, one who determines truth by examining the facts?
One that does not allow others to determine end result.
Are you a free thinker, what does this really mean?
Lets take a look

Information I have discovered in my search for the true meaning of Free thinking.
Information I have discovered in my search for the true meaning of Free thinking.
- faith is invalid. Really? who said all free thinkers have no faith?
- freethinkers hold that there is insufficient evidence to support the existence of supernatural phenomena. Rather a huge assumption for the whole population of freethinking…
- In the 18th and 19th century, many thinkers regarded as freethinkers were deists, arguing that the nature of God can only be known from a study of nature rather than from religious revelation. I did not realise that so much of Free thinking was based on an undercurrent of religious or non religious views. Lets hope things have changed a little, and that not all free thinkers are still debating whether god exists or not.

What does this mean to me?
- It means to me that I am able to look past majority thinking.
- I am able to make decisions based on my own perception of how I assimilate information.
- I am capable of identifying my own view point. I am able to construct a viable form of thinking that holds up with factual evidence to hold my opinions together.
Quite the word isn’t it “freethinker”, the word itself has had a bad rap.
So what have I learned?
- I have learned that I choose to be a free thinker.
- I choose to use this term because of what these words mean to me, not what they mean to everyone else.
I think we should always be learning, and never assume that we have the final answer on anything.
- The closer we get to that attitude, the more we truly become “freethinkers.”
- Free thinking always allows for change WHY? because we always have to consider that our views stem from experience, and because we are always experiencing new things in life, our views can change.
- I say like the old Greek proverb “Know Thyself.”
- The more you are able to flow with new ideas the better.
- The more you are able to understand someone else’s view point the better WHY? because it’s important to have all the facts.
