Hard times in life come and go, but if there is one thing to be sure of, it’s we get through the tough times, we may struggle, but we always bounce out the other end with a smile. (remember this)
So when things go belly up, take a breath and step forward one step at a time, knowing that whatever the struggle, you are going to be ok, and you will in fact be learning something remarkable about yourself along the way.

Other people’s negativity is not your problem.
This is so important, you have to realise that other people’s negative crap is not yours. We all know people or have had people who come and dump their negative crap at our doorstep and than leave.
Being a good friend is about listening and we can do this without taking on board all the negative crap that leaves you feeling like you need a nap after that friend or that person has left. Being a good empath allows you to listen, but also protecting yourself against what I call the negative leech…(Some people need to refuel their negative energy and they will in fact steal your positive energy and suck you dry so you feel totally exhausted) If you know people like this, you need to be prepared for them so that you do not allow them to take your positive energy from you. You are know good to anyone including yourself, if you allow others to take advantage of your good nature. Listen and than let go. LISTEN and than LET GO !!!

To feel pain, is part of growing.
To feel Pain is part of growing and experiencing what it is to be human. Pain makes us stronger and gives us strength to battle the next struggle.
Pain helps us realise that we are mortal and yes we can die at any time.. Pain reminds us of what is important, pain at the end of the day can be our friend.
Every little struggle is a step forward, every moment of pain comes to a point where there is none. Where there is pain, it can only get better. Pain is simply a reminder that you are alive....

They are flags of honour, they represent your whole being, they are important, don’t ever be ashamed of your scars, they are your rewards, they show you are a survivor, you are a winner, you have lived.
Never be afraid to tell your story, your story could help someone else, so being the unique individual that you are gives you a unique spin on life.
Worrying and complaining changes nothing.
Worrying is something we all do and as we all know, it makes no difference to the situation, it only makes us feel anxious. Why do we worry? We worry because we are assuming an outcome, we worry because we are human.
We usually worry about future events, we run a program that lets us see possible scenarios, some we like, some we don't, the worry kicks in when we do not have the outcome yet.
We usually worry about the past, we may have upset someone, done something, and we worry with anticipation how that is going to effect us in the future, there we go again worrying about the future, it's an endless cycle and a waste of energy.
